SAPA TREKKING TOUR – HOMESTAY EXPERIENCE (3 DAYS / 2 NIGHTS)

Itinerary
Meeting Point:
Gather at the hostel at 9:00 PM to transfer to the bus station and take the overnight sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa.
Day 1: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (B, L, D)
Arrive at Sapa bus station early in the morning and transfer to our hotel for a shower and breakfast. Afterward, enjoy some free time to explore Sapa’s vibrant morning market before meeting your local guide.
We begin trekking towards Muong Hoa Valley, admiring the breathtaking landscapes of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range. Along the way, you will meet the Black H’mong ethnic group, trek through terraced rice fields, and follow the Muong Hoa River, where swimming is possible in suitable weather.
Continue across a suspension bridge to the Giay ethnic minority village, arriving at Ta Van. Enjoy dinner cooked over a wood fire and overnight in a traditional Giay homestay, experiencing warm hospitality and cultural exchange.
Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Hau Thao (B, L, D)
Wake up to mountain views and coffee before enjoying breakfast. Trek through bamboo forests to the Giang Ta Chai waterfall, cross a rattan suspension bridge, and visit the Red Dao ethnic minority village.
Continue trekking across the Muong Hoa River to Su Pan village, home of the H’mong people. Along the way, take in stunning views of rice terraces in Muong Hoa Valley and the Hoang Lien Son mountains, with Fansipan Peak in the distance.
Arrive at Hau Thao commune, then continue to Thao Hong Den village of the H’mong. Overnight in a local H’mong homestay and enjoy cultural exchange with your hosts.
Day 3: Hau Thao – Ban Pho – Hang Da – Sapa – Hanoi (B, L)
After breakfast, trek through Thao Hong Den to Ban Pho village, passing spectacular rice terraces and scenic mountain landscapes. Continue to Hang Da village, where you will enjoy lunch at a local house and visit the H’mong church.
Afterward, transfer by car back to Sapa town for a refreshing shower at the hotel. At 4:00 PM, take the sleeper bus back to Hanoi, arriving around 10:30 PM. End of tour.
