Itinerary
Day 0: Hanoi – Ha Giang (Overnight Bus or Day time bus )
Depart from Hanoi by sleeper bus. Arrive in Ha Giang province after 6-7 hours travel . Free bed provided at Ha Giang base center to rest and freshen up before breakfast.
Day 1: Ha Giang City – Quan Ba – Can Ty (B, L, D)

Morning departure to Quan Ba district via Bac Sum Pass and Dong Van Karst Plateau Global Geopark.

Stop at Heaven’s Gate for coffee, photos, and views of Tam Son town and the iconic Twin Mountains.

Lunch in Tam Son.

Hike to Lùng Khúy Cave (4 km round trip).
-
Visit Lùng Tám weaving village to learn traditional H’Mong linen-making.

Continue to Bát Đại Sơn viewpoint, then reach Cán Tỷ homestay.

Evening walk to the 250-year-old “Lonely Tree.” Dinner and overnight at homestay.
Day 2: Can Ty – Tham Ma Pass – H’Mong King’s Palace – Lũng Cú – Đồng Văn – Mèo Vạc (B, L, D)

Ride through Tham Ma Pass with breathtaking mountain views.

Visit the 100-year-old H’Mong King’s Palace and learn about its history.

Trek up to Lũng Cú Flag Tower, the northernmost point of Vietnam.

Lunch in Đồng Văn.

Travel through Mã Pí Lèng Pass – one of the most stunning mountain passes in Vietnam.

Descend to Nho Quế River for a boat trip through Tu Sản Canyon (exclusive to Buffalo Tour).

Continue to Mèo Vạc village. Dinner, “happy water,” and overnight stay at a local homestay.
Day 3: Mèo Vạc – Mậu Duệ – Thái An – Ha Giang (B, L)

Ride through ethnic minority villages with traditional H’Mong houses and stone gates.

Cross Sa Lỳ Pass, stopping at the famous M-shaped curve for photos.

Lunch in Mậu Duệ town.

Pass through Dương Thượng and Thái An communes with picturesque cornfields and scenic valleys.

Return to Ha Giang City by 4:30 PM. Shower and prepare for onward travel (bus back to Hanoi or other destinations).
