How to Get to Central Backpackers Hostel – Old Quarter Safely

From Bus or Train Station:
Take a Mai Linh Taxi or Hanoi Group Taxi to the hostel. Always confirm the price before getting in; the fare should be approximately 80,000 – 100,000 VND, depending on your pick-up point. Ask the driver to go to:

14-16 Thanh Hà Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Next to Ô Quan Chưởng Gate, on the right-hand side. Look for the largest, nicest building with the Shark logo.

From Hanoi International Airport:
The airport is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour from central Hanoi. To avoid taxi scams, we strongly recommend booking an airport pick-up through us from 450,000 VND. Send us your flight number and arrival time, and our driver will meet you at the airport.

Alternative Options:

• City Bus: Take bus number 17 or 86 to Long Bien bus station (50,000 VND), then walk 5 minutes to the hostel.

• Airport Shuttle + Taxi: Take the airport shuttle bus to Vietnam Airlines bus on Quang Trung Street, then a taxi to 14-16 Thanh Hà Street . You can also walk about 15 minutes from there.
